Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. The content here is general information about Recoup Health and our services. It is not legal, clinical, billing, or financial advice, and using the site does not create a client relationship.
Engagements & fees
Any work we do together — including our contingency fee and how it is calculated — is governed by a separate written agreement between Recoup and your organization. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide services.
No guarantee of results
Recovery outcomes depend on your payers, documentation, claim age, and other factors specific to your facility. We do not promise that any particular amount will be recovered. Any figures shown on this site, including sample aging reports, are illustrative only. The aging-report teardown is a good-faith assessment, not a guarantee.
Acceptable use
Please use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, scrape or misuse it, or submit other people’s personal information without permission. As noted in our Privacy Policy, do not submit PHI through the site or the form.
Intellectual property
The Recoup name, wordmark, and the content of this site are ours. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recoup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
